The Fourthies were lucky enough to attend the UCI World Championship this morning. This was made possible by the one and only Laura Horn of our terrific Physical Education Department. Great planning and foresight, Laura! The girls had a life-changing experience today as they cheered Emma White. Fourthie spirits were high, and their behavior was excellent, as was noted by bystanders on the street. Great role models for our school. We are so proud of them, and we were so thrilled to be part of this wonderful, not only Richmond city experience, but also international event.
The perfect ending to a perfect day! Make sure you listen for a lovely surprise!
You girls rock, and could be like Nobel Prize awardee Malala Yousafzai. I know you will do great things!
